As an estate planning attorney, Elaine T. Yandrisevits is committed to guiding individuals and families through the process of planning for their future needs. Elaine takes the time to develop an understanding of her clients’ goals and priorities and helps them to develop comprehensive estate plans which provide for their families and preserve their wealth in future generations. Elaine concentrates her practice in estate planning, asset protection and wealth transfer planning, planning for retirement and life insurance benefits, probate and estate administration, trust administration, and estate and trust fiduciary litigation matters.

Elaine counsels individuals and families to design and implement their estate plans through core planning documents such as Wills, Revocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Advance Directives/Living Wills. Additionally, Elaine advises high net-worth individuals about the effects of the Federal Estate Tax, Federal Gift Tax, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax on their estate plans, and develops more advanced documents where appropriate, including Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Qualified Domestic Trusts, Charitable Remainder/Lead Trusts, among other techniques.

Elaine also represents fiduciaries and individuals in fiduciary litigation matters before the Orphans’ Court and Surrogate’s Court, including will contests, trust modifications, petitions for allowance, and accountings.

Elaine is active in the Bucks County Bar Association, where she is a member of the Board of Directors and served as the Chair of the Bench Bar Conference Committee, Member Services Committee, Orphans’ Court Section, and Young Lawyers’ Division. Elaine is the Zone 9 Co-Chair for the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and was a member of the Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2022-2023.
