Elizabeth J. Fineman Joins Faculty Panel at PBI Custody Program

AMM Law Partner and Family Law attorney Elizabeth Fineman will participate as faculty at the upcoming Pennsylvania Bar Institute Continuing Legal Education Live Webinar – “Third Parties in Custody Cases 2024”.  The program is scheduled for Tuesday, August 13th 9 am – 12:15 pm and offers 3 hours of CLE credit.

The course will examine third parties in custody from the perspective of attorneys, a judge and a therapist/evaluator.  The faculty will look at the law and trends that have emerged in third party custody as well recent cases, potential legislation and how the practice continues to change. Topics include: Standing, Presumptions and Factors, Case law, Trends and Opioid Epidemic, Same Sex Parents, Court Perspective, Therapist/Evaluator Perspective, Attorney Perspective, Tools and Potential Legislation.
