Founded in 1992 by William Antheil, Susan Maslow, and William MacMinn, Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP has represented clients ranging from national corporations, regional and local businesses to closely-held family businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals at the federal, state and international levels for over thirty years. From AMM Law’s inception, our founders valued client focused thinking and excellence in legal practice above all. So from 1992 and continuing today, our mission begins and ends with this core value: Helping Clients Thrive, That’s Our Practice!
Over the years, the firm has shown continuous growth and development in practice areas and services offered, as well as the addition of many highly skilled attorneys. AMM has come a long way from a group of three partners at our creation, to our expanded team of highly skilled attorneys today. The addition of Family Law to the practice in 2015 was an impactful addition, enabling the firm to offer complementing services to our client base.
Location: In 2001, after nine years of consistent growth in staffing, AMM relocated to our current location, and in 2008 the Partnership acquired AMM’s physical office space at 131 W. State Street. A milestone in the founder’s vision for Antheil Maslow and MacMinn, LLP emerged in 2015 when it became clear that the firm had outgrown our office space. Our broadened legal practice offerings and expanding professional team gave rise to an expansion to our Doylestown office. In 2015, AMM Law undertook an ambitious building expansion project, offering more meeting spaces for our growing number of clients served, as well as significant increase in office capacity. Beyond expanding our working space, the Partners prioritized design in planning and construction of the new building space. The resulting structure represents an enhanced building profile, which complements the beauty of our neighborhood in the heart of historic Doylestown.
While a lot has changed since Bill Antheil, Sue Maslow & Bill MacMinn conceived of AMM Law, and thanks to their hard work, dedication and values, the firm continues to flourish.
